Beating Caulder

Gritty new realistic take on the bouncy world of Advance Wars, where the reds are brown and the Andys are 56 and badass. What madness is this? Discuss.

Case closed indeed. As FHQ says, Caulder/Stolos is a broken CO in a comparatively (to other Advance Wars entries) unbroken game. Unless there's a significant skill difference between the players, it's almost inevitable that the scientist-cum-clone will have their day.

As for why FHQ idolises Mech rushes--it's because they work. It's kind of a shame really, that Advance Wars can and has been reduced to a game of "build lots of one unit". But it can't be argued with, and it's here to stay.

At least Kanbei will be happy--though it's not a mountain of tanks we'll be deploying.

Closing topic.
