Description: As a former rat, Preckle has a +1 vision range, and can see into forests and reefs from a diagonally adjacent square. Also has a -10% luck modifier. Infantry gains +10% attack and defence on cites, but -10% in rivers. All Vehicles and Planes have 80% defence as well.
